Anyone else getting horrible frame-rates since patch?

It is beyond unplayable at the moment. I have a GTX 580 SC, and am getting around 15-20 FPS. There is no reason for this to be the case. Before I would easily get 45-60. Anyone find a fix or reason yet?

It could be just the server you were on, when that happens I move to a different server and fps is restored.

Yea some servers just need a reboot to fix those issues. I normally hop to another. When servers are running good I get like 80-90 in field and peaked at 150 in a barn with the last patch.
