No Messages Received no matter what

My Arma 2 was working fine for my typical DayZ Epoch gameplay and then suddenly a few days ago I started getting kicked for Create Vehicle Restriction #3 constantly. I'd get kicked the first time I spawn in to the server, then when i reconnect I'd get kicked after I take a step forward, then the third time I'd be able to move for a while before getting kicked again. So finally I decided to verify the files and it said that my Arma 2 had 1 file it couldn't validate and Arma 2 OA had 14 files it couldn't validate and would reacquire, so I ran the verify again and it came up with the same text over and over. Finally I just decided to delete local content and delete my Arma 2 and OA. Then re-installed both of them and the issue continued. I even tested this in DayZ Standalone and this is still happening. I've googled and looked all over and all I could find were a couple of threads posted that didn't help me in the least.

 

Does anyone have any thoughts?
