rosebud 35 Posted April 9, 2014 despicable...pathetic...That the game doesn't allow you to exit an action once begun makes it even worse. You have my beans and hopefully that jackarse will get what he deserves. Morons like that make helping people in the game too dangerous.
Wrinkled Sack 15 Posted April 9, 2014 Throw him a bandage and make him do it himself. You're still helping, just not exposing yourself to danger. Gotta expect that shit.

TheScruffyBandit 382 Posted April 10, 2014 Fresh spawns are never friendly, they have bugger all to lose.. so they'll try and dick move to get your stuff. Shoot them in the leg, then bandage them and leave them crawling for hours if they try to punch you in the face, it's the only way they'll learn.
SentencedToBurn 39 Posted April 10, 2014 Hahaha dude that sucks balls but your reactions are priceless. But yeah usually if they have a squeeky voice - dont help them. I dont like KOSing personally but that would be an exception if they came too close. Dont let this choir boy ruin your dayz experience and stop helping people. conan the librarian 99 Posted April 10, 2014 Normally the give away sign that someone is up to no good is yelling 'please help me!'. Don't let it turn you evil against weaker survivors, just remember that there are many ways of helping people in need, just drop bandages in future.
TheCourierVX 40 Posted April 10, 2014 http://youtu.be/6H1gZKU8Ve0You tried to help him...those ten years old dont trust them
Zalvager 51 Posted April 10, 2014 Throw him a bandage and make him do it himself. You're still helping, just not exposing yourself to danger. Gotta expect that shit.Aye, when I'm helping people, which is rarity, - not because I usually kill them, but because I rarely encounter friendly people - I never perform an action on them unless absolutely necessary. 1. Never perform medical instance in the open unless absolutely necessary.2. Never go near someone until you've scanned the surroundings for players.3. Never put your gun away. Very Ape 748 Posted April 10, 2014 (edited) Needless to say, it's always a bad idea to let someone get that close. Don't tolerate suspicious behaviour (taking an unreasonable amount of time to comply/respond, fidgeting around, inching closer). When I encounter someone, I always make it clear that I'm very easily startled. Edited April 10, 2014 by Very Ape
