Low FPS. Arma II DayZ mod. You are my last chance

Hello everyone,

 

I have problems like many people here. I read many disscusion about this and try everything for better FPS in ARMA 2 / DayZ. My problem is, when i do anything it not rise my fps. I dont think i have bad PC for DayZ mod my pc:

If someone can help me or if someone have some idea how i can boost FPS please let me know. I try it for last 4days....and still have same FPS 30 in forests under 20 in cities like Cherno. Thank you for any idea !!! I use this command 

-nosplash -skipintro -noPause -cpucount=4 -maxmem=2047 -maxvram=1024 -exthreads=3 -winxp -malloc=system -high

 

i try everything in graphic options in game....no result.
