Hello, names Ryan and i'm just posting to ask for some help following the DayZ Standalone.

 

The Blood bag system seems to be a lot more complex now and you cant self blood bag as i noticed. Ive played the mod for a while and now I've been playing the standalone a few days which i realised its a struggle to find survivors that are nice enough to Blood bag you.

 

I am asking if any of you who play the standalone would be kind enough to try to reach me to do a transfusion as all i can see is black and white for hours. But not just that, possibly if 'said' people wanted to join up as a group if you were willing to help me out. I can offer your food / water if need be or a melee weapon , though the thought of being stabbed in the back is there if you have nothing to loose.

 

So to generalise it im looking for a person / people kind enough to patch me up and maybe join them or part ways, they must be general and honest aswell as having either Steam / Skype / Teamspeak to speak on ;)

Eat and drink, until both bars become bright green, until you get the "healthy" message.

You will start healing and regenerating blood :)

Thanks for the tip i didnt know how to since its different from the mod. Luckily i found the 81st to join, but i died with everything travelling thanks to a glitch which removes all your character and makes you a newspawn, thankfully rolling in a group sets you up like lightning.

 

But does anyone know why them character wipes happen and how to recover your character.

sadly no, nor is there a way to recover your gear after this has happened .

the only advice I can give you is that play on low ping servers in order to reduce you no-clipping

I found a fix by the way

 

Dont move your camera when you notice your new character, log out, reconnect to last server ;)
