Dayz wired gamme glitch/bud/i don't know

ok iv been playing for about a week and everything has gone fine but all the time the gams seems to have problem rendering colour changes it get wired and glitchey and sort of dark/black and white ish.

it is like something is changing colour it just dosen't want to do it. i can't explain it so ill try to upload a vid on it. and the game is also very blurry at ALL times not liek low in blood blurry but just generelly blurry

the vid is a little xtream cause i just took it straight from fraps and it dosen't do good with rendering so but u can see what the problem is and thats mostly how it looks in game to.

have you lowered your graphics and left our shadows on high?
