Hey,

what do you think about adding a rain cape to the game? I really like playing while its raining, but you really have to take care of your temperature while travelling long distances. As a consequence, i do not travel on servers where its raining, because i have no antibiotics and do not really want to look after them :D

This brought me to the idea of adding a rain cape to the game, which can be worn over the clothes. To balance the item, the caused noise may rise, due to the rain drops falling on its surface. There also could be different versions like bright colored civillian capes and a rare, dark military one.
