Model character after real life face.

A system like in skyrim where you can create an entirely custom character face other than the generic ones we have now. Mine would have dark hair and a long face with masculine features.

I love this idea.

Mine would be messy haired, pale, and have a short beard. He'd have a scar on his right cheek due to a messy encounter with a crowbar-wielding bandit!

NO NO NO better, our character starts of with an unscathed body, and gets scars on his face as he gets cut there.

 

Edit: I have done minor studies in applied psychology and i can firmly say a professional can determine the state of your mind and psyche by listening to how you create your character's face and the way you play him.
