1 suggestion, 1 question, regarding clothes and hive controlled loots

hey there fellow survivors,

 

Me and my mate were trying to go for a more civilian look the other day, and came to the conclusion that it is not worth lookin more friendly, when you get denied of the high end inventory capacity military clothes have.

 

would it be an idea to maybe implement some high end civilian clothing?

 

 

 

Also, I watched the EGX Rezzed roadmap, rocket said something about loots being hive controlled.

So that in the game there would only be like (for example) 1000 NVG's. but what would happen if all those 1000 nvg's were to be looted, and then 250 people of those 1000 would go inactive?

You've now effectively got only 750 NVG's while a 1000 were the standard.

 

Does anyone know a bit more about this?

Hunting vests and hunting jackets like this?

 

 

 

The only military high end clothing, which gives the most storage, is the TTsKO-jacket.

TTsKO-pants = Hunter pants

 

Everything else can be countered somehow.

Ballistic helmet = Bike helmet

TTsKO-Pants = hunter pants = cargo pants

hunter backpack = mountain backpack

etc.

 

 

for me, high-end civilian clothing is:

Leather jacket, Cowboy Hat, (ruined) brown hunter pants, simple olive assault vest, canteen

 

But to be honest:

Chernarus is supposed to be a eastern state with lots of agriculture.

Its not a bad idea honestly.

I also would like to not look like I just came out of a war in all my tactical gear but still somehow carry more than what fits in a check shirt and pants.

although I don't think its realistic to carry a can of peaches in the breast pocket of your shirt. Ha

for me, high-end civilian clothing is:

Leather jacket, Cowboy Hat, ruined brown hunter pants

 

what i mean by High end Civilian clothing is basically clothing, which looks civilian but with the inventory capacity of the military clothing.

thus you could look a bit more friendly (meaning not wearing military clothes) and a bit more stylish maybe.

 

As far as the realism goes for this. Maybe they could implement it as survival gear. (gear that you would have when you would go camping). If you have professional gear. it could have a lot of pockets and things to put stuff in.

 

or maybe have a little more variety in the civilian gear, instead of concentrating so much more on the military ones.

The only thing civilian clothes can't "counter" are TTsKO-jacket.

in fact, they concentrate a lot on civilian clothing right now. Goose jackets, canvas pants, cowboy hats, hard hats, leather jacket.

the only new "military" clothes added were the boonie hats, as far as I know.

 

 

the cargo pants we have right now remind me a lot of "bushcraft-pants"

(But you don't need these special "bushcraft-pants". any pants with lots of pockets will do the job, too.
