Alot of people are still experiencing these problems, Rebooting the servers work as a temporary fix but just wait for the next updates to come out, I'm afraid.

I find if you give it a 1-2 hour cool off you can get another game in without running into this but its all hit and miss. Just make sure when you get into a server you don't disconnect unless you absolutely have to as trying to rejoin appears to be the problem.
