They only spawn very rarely, if ever at all, I'd say maybe you'd find 10 cows and goats and pigs before you'd find one single horse.

When you come across the horse, you can shoot it and cook its meat (around the same as a cow) or you can offer it food and tame it and ride it.

The Horse would be a lot like a car, with its fuel gage being hunger gage, the longer you ride it the more it goes down. If you use turbo like on a vehicle on the horse, it makes it gallop faster and it can jump small fences but it uses up its food really quick.

Zombies can maybe also kill it?

Also possibly include a new item, saddle or horse shoes.
