helicopter/huey information?

just wondering if anyone has any information on helicopters for instance...

are they in every server right now, or only a select few?

are they currently able to be fully repaired?

do they respawn like vehicles at set spawn points, or it is more randomized?

and of course, which im sure no one will answer, where the hell are the spawns?!

recently found the best land vehicle(military offroad), so now the helicopter is my last mission.

any information is helpful

Last I heard from a stream was that they are in the game but they constantly leak fuel and there is no way to fix it. Therefore at this time they are not flyable until Rocket fixes it.
