Zombie hidden in floor

Passing through a factory, up a over turned door used as a ramp and then head pops up and an arms knocks me down too hour glass..

I was full health also-

the place was empty of Zoms

I know the mod is alpha, but just out of curiosity can these issue be fixed - as in Zombs passing through walls, attacks through walls and clipping into the ground? Or is this an Arma2 engine issue?

I've noticed a lot more zombies spawning on roofs lately and they fall through and attack you or fall off and die, i prefer the latter but just gotta wait for fixes

but is it a fixable issue by the mods, or are they Arma 2 engine issues, if its an engine issue then it can never get fix!
