Isolate Global Zones for Central Server

I know the Central Server is completely overloaded by the number of servers and people that are influxing into the game.

My suggestion is creating multiple database servers, that Isolate zones of servers on a global scale.

1 Server for the US

1 Sever for the EU

1 Server for Misc Global

If more servers come on line, then sure, go ahead and create more zones. But the majority of people play on servers located with 2k miles of them, so creating the zones would allow for EU and US players to possibly have less chance of poor loading times.
