A way to track players

For those who do not know, when you are running through a field or tall grass it bends the grass down and it stays bent down. Making it easy to track to. I would not be surprised if Bandits used this to hunt down other players.

Be careful were you are running or crawling.

I'm not sure about that .I think it only bends down if you crawl on it, not running or walking.

Hmm, I didn't know this. Do you know how long it stays flattened? Might have to try this later.

It doesn't stay flattened long. I prone crawled to flatten some grass on a hill overlooking the NW Airfield for a better sniper spot. The grass came back up within a minute or two. I had to crouch to be able to see everything.

Im not sure how long it stays bent, this is how I try to track players.

I have been using bend grass and such to avoid enemy players, but some times it doesn't register that it is bend on my end, may be the same for some others

You can easily masquerade in the grass with a ghillie suit, ghillie suit + forest + SVD camo = undetectable. Although I think the grass just 'folds' when you're crawling.

Yea, it might be to glitchy to even notice most of the time.
