Ability to repack Magazines

scenario:

you have been in a few firefights and have reloaded partial magazines, you then arrive at a city and zombies are alerted to your presence. you fire off one mag, reload, and to your horror you only have 3 bullets in this mag, and 2 in the next. overwhelmed you run out of ammunition and die.

Solution: ability to repack magazines (like in ACE), where the number of bullets you have in your inventory is compressed into a few mags. this allows you to carry more ammunition and not get misled by the number of bullets you have. this or an indicator as too how many bullets you have left in each magazine, so you can drop mags with a low bullet count in favor for full mags.
