servers shut down my connection

So for the past few months when ever i try to play Dayz SA i get into a server play for an hour and server goes down but when i try to get into a different server it cuts my internet connection completely. i have power cycle my router just to get my connection back.

also i'm using a wireless wifi card no i can't cable i have 3 walls in the way.

if anyone has had this problem and has fixed it let me know please.
