Do tents disappear when a server restarts?

Curious, I have never actually put any loot in one, and the time I had one down I died, and rage quit, so does anybody know, do tents disappear when a server restarts/the owner disconnects?

If you "save" a tent, it should persist.

Sometimes the server loses its connection to the hive and "forgets" where tents and vehicles are. A proper server restart will almost always bring them back. Check again in a few hours if your stuff is missing.

Yes, it still happens time to time, same for vehicle or tents.

Still, I was wondering if now you die and as they fix tent duplicate, will your tent really last only 48h? :)

Eh it's been 50/50 for me, I use them anyway, cuz the mod can only get more stable over time :D
