DayZ Standalone - Wrong In-Game-Account Opens after Loging into another PC

Hi,

 

Yesterday i wanted to play DayZ on my Brothers Notebook. He has an Steam/DayZ Account too.

When i've clicked Play, the Game of my Brother opened in my Steam Account.

I Went back to my PC and now it starts the Game of my Brother every time...

 

Example:
User1 -> Play DayZ -> User1 Game Opens
User2 -> Play DayZ -> User1 Game Opens

 

User2 Game is gone.

 

Can anyone help on this?

Game/profile cant just disappear like that. I had this problem with arma 2 operation arrowhead but it worked when i just opened arma on other account. But if i understand this clearly: you used ur brothers account and it opened dayz with ur character? And then you try with your computer, opens dayz and you got your brothers character? May be new bug that it switched your profiles somehow, no idea how tho.

my brother was logged in on his notebook ,

i logged him out ,

i logged myself in ,

i've started the game ,

but his game opened. 

 

i went back to my pc ,

i was logged into my steam account ,

i've started the game ,

and his game openend here too.

 

we both have a Steam Account and we both have bought DayZ.

 

hard to explain, my english is'nt the best.  :huh:

 

Do you think this is a Steam or DayZ Problem? I've made a Ticket on Steam too.

are you just loading to the title screen and seeing the wrong account? the title screen normally shows the last account played as, so if you load into a server it should load up the character of whoever is signed into steam
