Trouble with Opening Game

Ok, so this is a huge problem. I cant open DayZ on my monitor. Sure, I can actually do so on my TV, but that involves a bunch of effort that I am not abut to go through to play the game.

 

So when I open the game, my resolution size changes. Everytime. It shrinks down to 800x600.Then, the game opens, and my monitor goes black. I go onto my 2nd monitor, change it so that thats the primary one, and end the DayZ process. My monitor is still a black screen.

 

When I open it on my TV, the resolution changes as well, but it changes back instantly and the game opens fine. Why does the game have to reset the reslution on my pc itself? And how do I get it to not do that?
