manbearpig 53 Posted March 23, 2014 Me and a couple of friends were playing in elektro yesterday, ended up in the elektro hotel/hostel across from the inner town fire station. Guy appears out of nowhere (my friend thinks the roof) at about 8 mins into the video. Noobs let them live if they get close, then lose their gear to a face punch...No it does not man, three punches, I know it is ridiculous as i was knocked out last night and had my mosin and lrs scope taken and before i could even stand up he knocked me out. But with two of you there and one body you could have easily controlled the situation. If you feel its not worth the risk that's your call but i saw no threat from that guy myself. A guy blocking the only exit is what I'd count as a threat, even with two people. I'd have done exactly the same in his case. I also lost a mosin with LRS to a freshie, I let him live earlier and he ran up behind me and punched me once in the back of the head. KO then killed me with my own gun. I'm currently in the middle of a murder everything that moves bender in retaliation. I'm sure I'll go back to friendly again soon. I don't understand the mentality. If someone lets me live, I leave them well alone unless they become hostile later. Though in saying that, I tried to give an empty mosin to two half geared guys, as I drop it on the ground, one says "Can I ask you a question, does this look sawn off to you?" I usually try not to kill fresh spawns, but this time I chose to do so. The main reasons being that 1. we were trapped, granted there were two of us and it possibly could have been sorted slightly better. 2. He was the hostile my friend shot walking up the stairs coming to reclaim his gear, he even says "I just want to collect my gear" (I have died many times from letting fresh spawns collect their gear). 3. I was so baffled/laughing from the guy playing music on the roof that I was looking out for glitchers/hackers.As I said, I never normally shoot fresh spawns, but the Elektro bed and breakfast is a dangerous place, especially when a guy with no pants is glitch killing through the stairs. Customer service on them is great and all. But if your looking to pull away a few bucks, your outta luck with them...I'd prefer the good customer service.
