Stuck underwater

So i was afk w/ a broken leg, and my friends decided it was fun to push me into the water, so now when i spawn it says im bleeding, terrible pain etc. After 5 seconds the you are dead screen pops up, but i cant respawen. Any suggestions?

Its a common bug. People usually exit the game and try again. It may lead to a new death over and over again.

ok i need help im stuck in water + rocks http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afVxDVQ8oVU&feature=youtu.be its about week can t even get hungry to die of starvation my motion is blocked i can only move my head if somebody is near NW airfield and try to help me or shoot my character would be nice cause i wanna try new features and i dont care about my loot

 

any ideas how to release from there? plz help
