Corpse/Remains Timer

Does anyone know the current (1.8.0.3) rules for corpse and remains timers? I know that I've been able to go back to my body within a couple hours of death, but what happens if I die again before getting back? Would there be two of my corpses? Are remains specific to the server you died in or do they transfer to other hive servers? Do they disappear after a server restart? Just a few of the questions I had. Thanks in advance!

Bodies disappear only on server restarts. You can die as many times as you want and still go back to your first body, as long as the server hasn't restarted.
