CoD Liver Oil to replace vitamin bottle?

In my opinion the 'vitamin bottle' is a pretty boring item (especially considering we now have tactical bacon).

Now since every other post on this forum is some anti CoD slur I thought it would be fun to have an item in game that references it. Therefore replace the vitamin bottles with this:
