how to switch off the thermal vision on the L8 weapon?

i got that and i don't know how to switch it off

i press N for it to change but it doesn't switch it off

then somehow it got switched off and i thought it's the N key but it just returned me to the thermal vision

so how do i turn it off?

I'm not sure there IS an off setting. wish there was tho.

You can only switch it between nightvision and thermal.

I imagine you wouldn't be able to switch it off IRL. by "off" I mean use it as a 'normal' scope
