Need help with traders

anyone out there that know how to do scrips . add items n change prices on trader its my server And I use survival servers I paid them to do my mods n I can't get them to add items or lower prices . I told them to help do it and they really don't give me any info . So if anyone out there able to help me I can try and pay you for your help or give you what ever you want on my server plz help .if you like you can email. Me at [email protected]
