Can't join another server?

Hi,

Being new to the game I joined a low population server to get started and learn up. Now I would like to go on a more populated server I find that I cant...

Basically, whenever I try to join another server the game loads - I see all the players on the server in the right hand side (in green) and then I return to my origonal unpopulated server.

Is this by fault or design?
