Building Render

Hi guys! I need some help with the CFG files (since this is where i think the problem is) 

The rendering of buildings is very bad, only when i am VERY close to the buildings do they start rendering, from about 150m away, the are just like a bad painting, blobs.

My CFG lines are 

sceneComplexity=110000;
shadowZDistance=100;
viewDistance=1500;
preferredObjectViewDistance=1400;
terrainGrid=25;
 
Objects are on low
 
Help please! I don't think this was that bad before

If you're running the game from a slow HDD then they'll load in slowly and pop-in regardless. Specs?

Sorry don't know my HDD 

Specs are:

Laptop

CPU: i5-3230M 2.6ghz 4CPU

GPU: Nvidia NVS 5200m

Screen Resolution: 1600x900

4GB memory

Ive changed some config files with no change, the buildings are still blurry from about 100 m

That's only a dual-core CPU, the graphics chip is also very low spec, slightly slower than the 720m IIRC. I think your system is struggling to load the textures, it's not a configuration issue.

your optic details should be at least set on normal.

 

if this does not help try to change the sceneComplexity to 250000+
