Can't walk or 3rd person

I can't walo anymore, everytime I try he just goes prone, when I double click w he runs and dives onto prone, I can't get near anything or anyone to die for me to respawn; most of the time I can't switch out of first person, I try manually from the settings, still doesn't work, please help!

As for the first person...Are you on a 'hardcore' server? Those servers force a first person perspective. Make sure you join a 'regular' server if you want third person.
