No Iron Sights / Aiming Reticle

I seem to now have a strange issue wherein iron sights don't work for me anymore, and I have no aiming reticle. The reticle is non-existent even on every non-veteran server I've tried, but the more puzzling issue is the lack of iron sights.

A single click of the right mouse button no longer toggles iron sights. Instead, it seems to toggle the walk/run as if it were the shift key.

I went back into the key bindings and reset to default. I double checked, and the optics key is still correctly bound to Numpad 0 / RMB but to no avail.

Anyone else run into this issue and have a fix?
