Does anyone know what these special pilot zombies drop if anything? My friend and I were debating on whether or not it was worth it to kill them, and we decided not to. If anyone knows of a list of everything they can possibly drop (again, if anything) post it here please :) Thanks in advance.

They pretty much drop the same loot as the Military zombies (Ammo for High tier weapons)

Kill them. I typically see them dropping pistol ammunition, but the real reason is so you can rummage through the Huey in relative safety.
