The game literally boots me from the internet

Everytime I'm on the server list, whether it be via steam or six launcher, usually when I click refresh to reload the list, I lose connection to the internet... literally... like I lose connection to Skype and my internet browser.

Is there a simple fix for this? Because me and my friend have been trying to hook up on the game and it's really difficult with all the problems we've been getting.

Seriously it's so bad that every computer in the entire house loses connection to the internet every time I attempt to play Arma 2/DayZ

Is it just DayZ or is it for both the mod and the actual game?

Well it happens when I enter the multiplayer side of the game, so yea I think it's both.
