Lake, boats and islands.

Please add a lake into far North, and more water areas.

BOATS so you don't drown when you go onto an island. Islands could be a safe place because not every noob would come and kill you because they can't get there.

I'm all for islands, but I'm one of those who believe the use of vehicles is going to ruin this game.  However, I wouldn't mind seeing a three-person rowable craft; a simple canoe for example could be used to get from shore to shore.  It would have to be a very large lake in the North to see this feature, though.....
