First Sniper Kill

So, my fresh spawn buddies were looting Elektro on a high pop server. I was tasked with overwatch.

My friend said a couple unfriendly bambies had knocked him out and were moving to the industrial area. I repositioned on Noob Hill, and got eyes.

I took aim at one, now geared up in a hard hat with my friend's melee weapon- a knife.

200 meters, 1 mildot...

Crack. The round shattered the hat and he dropped like dead weight. His friend sprinted out and buggered off. My buddy grabbed his knife and continued.

Happy times.

Yea. Sniper kills are a lot more fun than m4 spray and pray reflex 360 panic kills :D

You need to get serious. Head to the military base near the NWAF, and scout out the 3 sets of barracks. If nothing, hit Vybor and anywhere else with the storage/garage type buildings. There are a few of those in towns, and a few outposts that have lots of them. They are good for spawning scopes and such, though for LRS, the barracks seem to be better for me.

Airfield hangars are my fav RS spots...on top of ATCs also not to bad.

1 bullet headshot with Mosin and PU-Scope, I was sitting in the deerstand up in the sniperhill and saw this bandit lay down in the hill above Electro. Incredible lucky shot from my side, almost 800m. I had to run down to check if he was dead :p

He punched out my buddy, so hell-to-the-no. Besides, pretty sure he wasn't waking up from that to begin with. XD
