I just purchased a server

I have hosted servers back in BF2 days.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

What Control panel software are you guys using?

If searching the obvious locations for the required info is too much hassle, you won't have the necessary work ethic required to maintain a DayZ server.

Prob tcadmin? Or even easier get your server from a company that currently host dayz servers as they will set it all up for you

It's too bad you already paid for the server, it states in the forum sticky section that most server applications will get denied because of hardware limitations and due to the mod being Alpha/to prevent cheating. I'm just saying this to save you money - you don't seem intelligent enough to run a server nor do you seem interested enough to bother searching prior to making a thread and wasting your money on a month of server use (that you probably won't use on Day Z), please refrain from making a Day Z server as it would be a very bad server to play on as I highly doubt you have the attention capacity to restart the server every 4-6 hours or correctly configure the server.

And I mean this is the nicest possible way - you're an idiot.

The Day Z staff should consider having http://dayzmod.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1429 translated to other languages, it seems alot of new server hosts are bypassing the terms + conditions/guidelines and other helpful host related threads completely, either due to ignorance or a language barrier.
