Dayz. Freezes

When I join the server after about 5 minutes or sooner, I freeze I got my friend to see what happens and I can still move on his screen and hear sounds from mine. Any tips on how on how to fix the problem would be helpful.

Has there been any things that have popped up on how to fix or increase the amount of time it takes to freeze?

Someone talks about a backup file that can be deleted and playtime is up to 5 mins.. but then freezes are back.

Do you think dayz might not be compatible with certain PC parts or is it just an update problem?
