Does Tactical Vests still spawn?

Haven't seen one since before the shotgun update. My friend who hasnt played in almost 2 months still has hers. So they obviously still exist. I've played around 70-90 hours since the shotgun patch without seeing one spawn or killing someone wearing one. So has anyone seen one spawn recently?

Have not seen a tac vest, recently picked up a stab vest though, wish it had pockets :P

yes, vests do spawn. in my experience, when i set my server time to something between 07:15 and 07:45 i have vests spawn in barracks ..more so around 07:15 than any other time and there usually are 1-3 vests at any site (being a camp or airfield)...

 

perhaps i should add that when i play on any of my servers, it will restart ..frequently, to keep it at a certain time... mostly i am the only player on when i play, because i try to keep that particular server at a specific time =)

Firestations and Barracks are the best place to find 'em. I've been looking for one myself, all I seem to find are the UK assault vests.

I'm not talking about assault vests ; tactical vests. the bodyarmor looking ones.

If they took them out, it's probably because they didn't wear right on the player models. They always looked like the shoulders were sitting at neck level for some reason.
