Chedaki Insurgent Camps.

So I was thinkin' since were using some of Chernarus previous lore such as the American presence during the insurgency(Confirmed because of the Red Star Beret)

Instead of just having random helicopter crashes maybe we could have random Chedaki insurgent camps scattered around the map that spawn on a server restart.

 

These camps will spawn low grade military weapons and such alongside some insurgent type clothing, like Balaclava's and stuff like that.

I think that would be unnecessary with the amount of police stations and the various military bases scattered around. As it is now, weapons are fairly easy to come by. I believe the future will hold less military weapons and more civilian type weapons, like shotguns and hunting rifles.

 

Not to mention, when base building is implemented it will serve basically the same purpose. It'd be better as well in the sense that you won't know where any of the bases are, and they will utilize different designs.

 

Those are my thoughts, anyway.

Indeed, but i'm proposing this instead of having random helicopter crashes around the map instead. Because how many helicopters carrying decent gear are going to crash in chernarus? :|

Since they were insurgents they mostly had AK's and the such, but that doesn't mean they don't have some other rarer weapons. I just thought it might be a better alternative to the helicopter crash sites, and gives us an incentive to go looking through the woods.
