Improvements on Medical injectors and blood replenishment

Medical equipment is relatively simple in mechanics and a bit unwieldy depending on what it is.

 

Epinephrine and Morphine injectors shouldn't take the full time it takes to bandage someone. The fact it takes just as long to apply a bandage as it does to stab someone with an epi-pen or morphine is a little bad.

 

Blood Bag and Saline values are a bit low, but should you decide to increase the value I would suggest it take a bit longer than bandages to apply.
