Self bloodbag inside hospitals script?

I know this might be the wrong section to be posting in, but I couldn't find anywhere else so...
But anyways, Does anyone know of the self bloodbag script where you can only do it in hospitals? It's the last script I need for my server so any help would be appreciated. If nobody knows of where this script can be found, it'd be appreciated if someone could give me a self bloodbag script that can't be abused. For example, if you're in a gunfight where whoever peeks first dies, I don't want someone to be able to bloodbag themselves while they are pinned down by gunshots. So if there's any script that doesn't allow that, i'd appreciate it.
