When joining any server, I spawn in the water and cannot move, then I die and can't respawn

Every time I join a Regular Server, I spawn underwater and I can't move. Then I die and can't respawn, but I can see in the chat that my character is hungry so somehow my character is still alive when I'm at the "You are Dead"-screen. Hardcore Servers work.

 

Edit: I have deleted my character multiple times but still same thing happens. I'm now trying to reinstall the game and see if that works.

 

Edit: Reinstalling didn't work.

Same problem!

I found out how to fix this! You simply just join any server and when you're on the "You are dead"-screen, wait until you die of starvation. (You are alive but for some reason you are on the death screen anyway) It will take about an hour to starve. This bug is still really annoying.
