Authentication timeout

I cannot play a game it keeps giving me authentication time out. Admin please let this question run. I need answers. Right now.

Here is the issue in the bug tracker, so go upvote that.

 

Now you've done that try exiting steam completely then restarting it, I've had this problem and when steam updated my DayZ it stopped, if not there might be an issue with your local files which I don't know how to deal with but google or another lovely forum member might tell you the right place to go for that.
