Game Freezes Everytime I Move

Like the title said, whenever I go to move, the game freezes until I stop moving. This just started today, I play on stable branch

 

Rig: AMD 7850, AMD FX-8120, 16 GB RAM

I would probably try playing on the experimental.  I know that some people with higher end AMD components have been experiencing issues since they ran the optimizations for nVidia to the stable branch.  I dunno if the optimizations from AMD went in with the experimental or not, but I do know that another user with similar issues reported the game being playable on experimental but still not as good as it was previously.
