Scripting my server.. I really need help!

Can anyone give me help on scripting, i have honest tried everything and none of it has worked even when i have followed instructions..

 

Problems i have:

Scripts wont work

Traders wont work

Custom loading screen wont work

and now the admin map wont move anyone around, but when i restart it after around 3 times it works

 

I've been looking for help for atleast 3 days now and i cant find anyone who scripts or is willing to just either make me a new pbo along with a server pbo with what i want, which i will state below.

 

AI/AI missions

Self Bloodbag

Custom loots/extra spawns

Tow/lift

Refuel

Snap build

No plot pole

Extra buildings

Safe trader zones

 

I really need someone to just help me out as it will be a waste of money for me to have server, as alot of requested it to be back so can anyone help.. this is much but if so then you can be admin/scripter in my clan.

Why host if you don't know how to script or do anything as a server hoster. >.> I have no idea which is why I don't host. Also, nobody is probably going to do this for free. JS
