See the server name

I often join random server (i just hit play).

While in game i can't see the server name, which could be a good information in case i need to leave and rejoin later. 

I suggest to add the server name within the 'P' screen.

Been suggested before. Along with organising the History list. I imagine it will be added but is a very low priority.
