they gonna have at least 50 guns before alpha is over, and he wants to have thousands of weapons in this game by the end, so settle down more guns are comming

Great, so its going to be just like the mod (and every other shoot em up out there), only with a bit more to do "survival" wise. Another one that will probably end up not played then i guess.

If you want to jump to conclusions and make threats about leaving, that's your business.

All guns are going to be tweaked to bring them to real world levels of lethality. That said, a .50 BMG round will be almost as lethal as a .308.

I mean, a .308 generally wouldn't blow your leg clean off or cause your head to pop, but a well placed shot is quite lethal.

Also, a 1.5 km shot with an AS50 is pretty deserved if they correctly implement flight time and windage.

By "more guns", are we talking higher spawn rate of guns, or just general variety of weapons?

 

Because I'd love to have a ton of different actual guns in the game, whilst having their spawn chance significantly lower than now.

dont know what the op is on about, but i'd love to have more gun variety. not more, as in quantity

It's just variety, there are plenty of acceptably realistic guns. I don't think we'll need to worry about any AS50s, M107s or DMRs. We might get an M14 variant, and SVD, but nothing "OP".

@PierreMysliwice I'm not in a hurry to beef up mil gear right now. We're trying to roughly replicate the IRL ratio of M&P:civilian
