It's a frustration that we see a lot of here, there's many posts from people asking for the ton's of guns, ironically there is just as many threads complaining about KoS, and the timer that make server hopping take forever, coincidence?

 

Complain they can't find the gun they want, server hop complain about the timer, get shot after finding gun, complain about KoS

Clearly u are pro gun oriented. Or at least on the fence, by your logic people on a racing game forum should be able to ask for more focus the ability to get out of the vehicle and walk around....its just annoying, the game is survival game not shoot em up.

Thanks for the beans, i thought it was rather fitting :). Because lets face it, if they could carry that many, they would lol :D. I do as well think its a valid point too, there is loads of pro (for the addition) of loads of new guns like a PSG etc etc. Personally i dont want to see any OP guns at all. So, here was my anti post :).

I would actually welcome a BLOPs/Borderlands 2 game where you instantly had 1 fucktillion guns and a 500 square metre map full of zombies.

By "more guns", are we talking higher spawn rate of guns, or just general variety of weapons?

 

Because I'd love to have a ton of different actual guns in the game, whilst having their spawn chance significantly lower than now.

That's a terrible analogy.

More guns with more ammo types with the same weapon spawn rates would actually decrease the pool of people with a gun and near infinite usable ammo.

Remember: Diversity isn't always a bad thing.

Im not against any addition of any more guns, but, i dont want to see any OP ones at all, definatly no as50 they want to use it, play the mod. Should only be able to carry what we can now too. 1 rifle, 1 melee a pistol and a sawn off if you wish. Id be happy with say, the M1 garand so we have the SKS and that. The ak74 is coming so we have 2 autos. I wouldnt mind another pistol too if they wish. And even yeah, add another very similar sniper to the mosin, so two of each right there and after that, bow and crossbow craftable and surely done.  I just dont want this to turn into a slightly more survival version of the mod by adding weapons that are far too OP. And yeah i totally agree on the spawn rate of both guns and especially i say ammo, ammo should be real hard to come over.  but it will be by the final version be drastically lower. So im not against guns totally, just dont want to see it turn into yet another shootemup with some zombies thrown in, i want to play a survival zombie horror where we basically play out "our own walking dead episodes", so to speak.
