connection issues....

so first off i got ddosed after playering arma, no biggie, might have been something else. BUT i got it all fixed and im getting pings of... 70ms ( after i reset my modem) and then gradually it raises to 2k+ms pings in about 10 min. heres my speedtest results http://www.speedtest.net/result/2026974944.png

and yeah. i keep getting booted from server because my ping is insane. any help here? if you need more information like a dxdiag or something im more than happy to provide it.
