Dayz SA Freezing Up Then Resuming and Causing Death

I'm having this issue which just start yesterday on March 2nd. I'll be casually playing at any area of the map when Dayz will suddenly freeze up for 3-4 seconds. Usually I am in the same location, but other times my character is a good 15-20m away from where I was before the freeze.

 

Onto the main problem of this, 50% of the time this is causing me insta-death regardless of whether I am in the open or in a city. 

 

I've tried reverting launch parameters, as well as tweaking settings and hardware clocks with no luck. Any suggestions?

 

PC Specs: 

2500k @ 4.8ghz

GTX 760-sli

8GB Ram Dual Channel

Dayz on 128GB SSD with OS
