I'm asking since your character doesn't get hungry/thirsty if you're offline any more, and I'm going away for a week.

If he is going to day anyway regardless of what I do I might do some silly stuff tonight :)

No, you will still have your char.

There hasn't been any changes that will affect your char when you are offline.

They food and thirst should be the same as when you left, but have a can of food and water in the inventory before you leave, in case of a bug or something.
